We are hosting 4 open house tours by appointment. Rooms start at $700 a month with all utilities included, and we have one room left at $600 a month. Call us for a short phone screening, pick the tour date that works best, and we will share the address when your spot is reserved.
Tours are by appointment only. The address is given after the phone screening.

Income-restricted and senior apartment communities we work with. Availability changes often — register and a specialist will check waitlists with you.
A request is not a confirmed booking. We call to check qualifications and availability before arranging your visit. Ask about the waiting list and all property fees before paying an application fee. SDA's separate one-time move-in service fee is $150.
Most of these communities are Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (Section 42) properties — you apply directly with the leasing office and must document all income and assets.
