SDA Elderly Care Referral Service, Inc.

Community Housing Partners

Help low-income seniors, veterans and adults with disabilities find safe, affordable housing and support for a stable move-in.

Serving Orange, Seminole and Osceola counties, with housing referrals across Florida.

Our housing programs

From the first search to a place to call home

Housing search & placement

Room rentals, private rooms, studios, extended-stay options and very low-income, affordable and subsidized apartment listings. We also make independent and assisted living referrals, matching options to each registered client's needs, income and location.

Bridge to Home Fund

Move-in financial assistance helps address barriers such as deposits and first month's rent. Support depends on available funding and each client's circumstances; a referral does not guarantee a payment or an available home.

Ongoing case navigation

Support through the housing search and move-in, with referrals for rental assistance, food, transportation, legal aid and other community resources. SDA is an authorized Florida DCF partner for SNAP application assistance.

SDA provides referral and informational services, not medical, legal or financial advice.

Community Housing Partner program

$100 / month

A recurring community commitment.

Local businesses, firms, community groups and individual sponsors can support move-in financial assistance and ongoing case navigation through our $100/month partner model.

Your support helps keep SDA's intake and housing referral work moving and helps address emergency move-in needs through the Bridge to Home Fund. The monthly partnership is support for SDA's work, not a tenant's rent payment or a guarantee of placement.

SDA is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit. Contributions are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law.
